The beautiful Alma City Club dining room (year-round) and its gorgeous veranda (during summer months) are open Tuesday-Friday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fully licensed dining room is open on Friday evenings for dining service, as well, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Weekly social functions for members and their guests are held at the Club on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Chef Jason Pollock, a native of Sussex, N.B.entered the culinary field in 2000 as a dishwasher at Poley Mountain Ski Hill.
He attended NBCC Moncton from 2001-02 and achieved his Red Seal Certification in 2004. Chef Jason Pollock has held many positions in the food service industry from a dishwasher to an Executive Chef; as well as being a member of the CCFCC. He has also competed on several competitions as a member of Culinary Team NB. In addition, he was also a member of the Canadian Red Seal Development Board for the 2010-2015 Culinary Red Seal Certification. Although Chef Pollock has many culinary influences such as Asian, Italian and French Cuisine; he believes his heritage and nationality blends an even more important aspect to his palette and food presentation. His love for Classic, Regional and Homestyle foods represents who Chef Jason Pollock truly is as an Executive Chef. Chef Pollock feels tremendous gratitude towards Chef Rowe for introducing him to the Alma City Club. As the NEW Executive Chef, he is excited to create and tantalize your taste buds. He feels very optimistic towards his future as Executive Chef and will continue to share his culinary talent and creativity with the Alma City Club membership.
